The Sunseeker Duo is a beautiful solar powered plane that seats two people side-by-side in comfort. It has a retractable tricycle undercarriage and can operate from almost any airstrip in the world. It is an innovative design, of course, however, it is also very practical. Its wingspan is 22 m, but the aircraft can be folded and transported by road. Sunseeker Duo's weight is 280 kg, with a storage battery in the fuselage, and there are 1,510 solar cells on its wings and T-tailplane surfaces. Its stalling speed is 28 mph and VNE is 100 mph. It has a direct drive motor mounted in the fin driving a propellor.
